Trauma comes to all of us, it is what we do with it that matters. Mind Body medicine is a researched and evidence-based program that teaches skills in helping those who experience tremendous stress and/or trauma, find healing using ancient methodologies based in meditation, movement, and self-reflection.

Attending the workshop will allow you to learn the impact trauma has on the brain and body, see how mind body medicine helps in healing, and learn some basic skills that you can share with your clients or use for yourself.

Gwen has run many trainings, groups, and retreats in mind body healing and will be sharing her insights and experience. She is also a professional speaker, so you won’t be bored through the program!
